Dr. Ricky TUNG Chi-kwong,

Dr. Tung serves as a psychiatrist at the Alcohol and Drug Dependence Unit of Castle Peak Hospital. He possesses more than ten years of experience in specialized treatment of alcohol and substance use disorders. As honorary clinical assistant professor in Department of Psychiatry of both medical schools in Hong Kong and a certified trainer of motivational interviewing, he is a seasoned trainer in a wide range of topics related to addiction psychiatry.

Dr. Angela NG Wing-ying,
MBBS(HK), DFM(CUHK), MRCGP(UK), PDip-ComPsychMed(HK)

Dr. Ng is a private practicing family physician with special interests in sex education, intimate  relationship  and sex therapy. She is a board member of the Hong Kong Association of Sexuality Educators, Researchers & Therapists, and the Vice-Chairperson of the End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation. Dr. Ng has been active in promoting sex education in the community and the sex therapy profession. She has published a number of books on the topics of sex and sexual intimacy.

Dr. Chan Mei Lo, Elda,
B.A., M.A.in Counselling, Grad Dip Family Therapy, MAC, Ph.D.

Dr. Elda Chan is currently the Director of St. John’s Cathedral Counselling Service in Hong Kong. Dr. Chan has over 30 years experiences in treatment and prevention of addictive disorder and mental health problems. She has over 20 years experiences providing clinical supervision and professional training to counsellors, social workers, nurses and psychologists on addictive disorders especially the recent emerged Gaming Disorder. She conducts research in addictive disorders, family coping and cross-cultural differences, etc.

Dr. Albert CHUNG Kar-kin,
MBBS(HK), FHKCPsych, FHKAM (Psychiatry)

Dr. Chung is a Psychiatry Specialist and the Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, the University of Hong Kong.  He is also the in-charge of the SToP Program (https://stophku.wixsite.com/website) which is dedicated to the field in substance misuse.  He is specialized in working with people who suffer from drug abuse problems.

Pit-mo LAU,
R.S.W., B.S.S., Accredited Emerge Group Leader

Mr. Lau has over 10 years working experience with clients under threat of domestic violence and sexual violence. Mr. Lau is currently the Supervisor of TWGHs CEASE Crisis Centre which provides 24-hours hotline service and intervention to victims of domestic violence, elderly abuse and sexual violence.

Mr. Ip Chi Wai, MSW, BCJ,
Supervisor of Court Social Work Service, The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong

Mr. Ip has more than 20 years of rich front-line experience and also conducts clinical supervision for social workers engaged in rehabilitation services. Past work experience includes Community Education & Crime Prevention Services, Court Social Work Services and Integrated Service Centre for Social Rehabilitation & Community Support. In addition to providing casework experience and group work, he also gives lectures on related topics for schools, colleges and social welfare organizations.

Sandra LAI,
MSocSc, BA(Hons), R.S.W., Member of MINT

Ms. LAI is currently the Assistant Supervisor of TWGHs CROSS Centre who is experienced in supervising and working with the cases and families with drug abuse problem. She has obtained the qualification of Member of Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers since 2016 and she is devoted to MI training, small group and individual coaching. Till now, she has provided over 180 hours of MI training or coaching to the participants from various fields, including oversea institute.

Ivan MA Hon Ki,
BSSc (Psych.), MSSc (Clin. Psych.)

Mr. Ma is a registered Clinical Psychologist, Division of Clinical Psychology, the Hong Kong Psychological Society. He is currently working at the TWGHs CROSS Centre and is specialized in working with clients with alcohol or drug abuse issues.

Yuk-shan CHAU,
R.S.W., BSW

Mr. Chau is currently the Supervisor of TWGHs Integrated Centre on Addiction Prevention and Treatment. He is experienced in working with drug abusers and their families. Mr. Chau specializes in providing family intervention for hidden drug abusers with the outreaching mode.

Fung-yee CHING,
M.A. (Psychology), M.Soc.Sc. (Clin. Psy.)

Ms. Ching is a member of Register of Clinical Psychologists accredited by Department of Health, and a Registered Clinical Psychologist with Division of Clinical Psychology, Hong Kong Psychological Society (DCP, HKPS). Currently she is working at the TWGHs EVEN Centre. She has rich experience working with clients with issues of addiction and mental health problems in a multidisciplinary setting.
